Scheduling

Both afternoon and evening appointments are available Monday through Friday, as well as two Saturdays per month.

New clients:

Please use the Contact Form here to email Ms. Wiskerchen and schedule the first appointment. In that email please include the following:

  • The current issues
  • Your goals and expectations for the therapy process
  • Any specific questions you may have

Once Ms. Wiskerchen has connected with you and has an opening for you or your child, you are ready to register as a new client. To do so, start by clicking on the Client Portal. From there, register as a new client and follow the prompts to create an account, including all information that is asked for on the online forms.

Prior to your first appointment, please also download, print, and fill out the packet found on the New Client Paperwork page of this website. You’ll need to bring this to your first appointment.

Existing clients:

Use your login and password information to access their account in the Client Portal. I can also be reached by calling (480) 861-9624.

Appointments are scheduled through the online scheduling system, so keep your login and password information secure and available for future use.

Preparing for Your First Session

  • The first session is for the parents/guardians only.
  • As mentioned above, please be sure to download, print, and fill out the New Client Paperwork in its entirety and bring with you to the first appointment.
  • If you have questions about this paperwork, please contact me or we can discuss this during the appointment.
  • If you are not able to bring the paperwork with you, let me know and I can have the forms printed for you to complete 20 minutes before the start of the session.
  • The forms need to be signed and initialed by both parents/guardians in order for the counseling process to begin.

During this first session, we will talk about what brings you into therapy including the current circumstances, provide some history to the problem, and discuss your goals and expectations for treatment. Together we will work on a plan moving forward. Keep in mind that this is a process, and may take more than one parent appointment to get a good picture of the dynamics and issues.

Payment

My services are considered in-network for the following insurance plans:

  • Aetna
  • United Healthcare

  • If Ms. Wiskerchen is considered an out-of-network provider for your insurance plan, a superbill will be provided with all the necessary information so that you may receive partial or full reimbursement from your insurance carrier.
  • All co-payment and co-insurance expenses are due at the beginning of our sessions.

Payment Options

  • I accept cash, check, Venmo or credit cards. Please note: An additional $3.00 will be added to any payment carried out with a credit card to cover transaction fees.

Self-pay Fees:

    • I ask for a 48 hour notice to avoid the cost of a late cancelation.
